Kismet Drama offer weekly acting classes to aspiring actors from
youths aged from 10 to 17
and adults 17 and over.
We aim to help students to develop:
Stage and Screen Skills for Theatre, Film and Television
Characterisation
Improvisation
Script and Character Analysis
Audition Skills
Mime
Confidence
Life Skills and Empathy
Team Work
We teach an organic style of acting where acting is about reacting' and being truthful in the moment whilst living in the Imaginery circumstance.
Many of our Kismet students are also represented by our Talent Agency,
'Buckland and Gun Management' and 'AAA Talent Agency'.
Many have had professional work in film and television.
Classes Available
At Kismet Drama, we have a variety of classes that cater for the different age levels on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon and evenings.

Kismet Kids
10 yrs to 12 yrs
Enrol now for Term 2

Tuesdays 4:15pm to 5:15pm

Kismet Youths
12 yrs to 14 yrs
Enrol now for Term 2
Classes held at Hallett Cove
Tuesdays 5:15pm to 6:30pm

Kismet Teens
14 yrs to 17 yrs
Enrol now for Term 2

Tuesdays 5:00pm to 6:30pm

Kismet Adults
17 yrs and over
Enrol now for Term 2
Classes held at Glenelg
Tuesdays 7:30pm to 9:30pm

Carina Gun
Owner / Teacher
Dip T - Teaching, Grad Dip - Counselling (Registered Teacher)
Carina has run Kismet Drama for 13 years and is a qualified teacher with over 40 years experience. She has taught in school classrooms, Special Education, PE and Drama.
She is a professional actor and is a co-director of 'Buckland and Gun Management' and 'AAA Talent Agency', training and working with professional actors in the theatre, film and television industry.

Krystal Cave
Teacher
Krystal is a professionally trained and experienced actor who has been teaching Kismet Drama for 3 years.
She is one of the Directors of 'Buckland and Gun Management' and 'AAA Talent Agency' working with professional actors on a daily basis.

Paul Reichstein
Teacher
Paul is a professionally trained and experienced actor and qualified, registered teacher who has extensive teaching experience in both the school classroom and acting schools including the prestigious 'Bells Shakespeare' in Sydney.
